• All course fees are quoted in South African Rand and must be paid in full before course access is granted

Refund Policy

Refunds may be available within 14 days of course enrollment, provided that less than 25% of course content has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted through official channels with valid justification.

Trelavixspace provides investment education for learning purposes only. We are not liable for investment decisions, financial losses, or outcomes resulting from application of course content.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO COURSE CONTENT OR PLATFORM SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE IN QUESTION.

Student Indemnification

Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trelavixspace from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of course content, violation of these terms, or unauthorized sharing of educational materials.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate student accounts for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of platform resources. Termination reasons include:

• Violation of intellectual property rights or unauthorized content distribution
• Fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or unauthorized account access
• Disruptive behavior affecting the learning environment of other students

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from course enrollment or platform use shall be resolved through South African courts with jurisdiction in Cape Town.

Continued use of the platform after terms updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Students who disagree with changes may terminate their enrollment according to refund policy provisions.
